Students who hold the nationality of a Partner Country but who have resided or carried out their main activity (studies, training, or work) for more than 12 months over the past 5 years in a Programme Country will be considered as Programme Country students (upon presentation of official documents).
The five-year reference period for this rule is calculated backwards from the submission deadline.
The RESCO consortium may also benefit from additional funds from the European Commission for scholarships targeting students from regions of Partner Countries financed by EU external funding instruments such as NDICI and IPA.
Students from any country in the world can apply for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) scholarship under the RESCO programme.
The EMJM scholarship is a contribution to all costs incurred by the selected students throughout their studies. It includes:
